CALLER: (whispering) It's here. It's right outside.

DISPATCH: Alright sir, remain calm. Can you describe your surroundings? 

CALLER: Uhm, there's a garbage truck...

SFX: Radio crackle. Another call comes through.

CALLER 2: (out of breath) Hi, I’m jogging by the... Gowanus Canal... and I... Can't...
DISPATCH:  Can't breathe?  Wait there.

SFX: Radio chatter building.

DISPATCH:  Multiple stink reports. All innocent civilians. All just trying to breathe.
BEAT. 

DISPATCH: Send in the Fresh Responders.

SFX: Dispatch alert. Radio static.
 

ANNCR: Febreze. We go where it stinks.
